Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
1 lb. shredded Cheddar
1 large can chilies, cut up
4 eggs
1 large can evaporated milk plus 1 small can
salt, pepper, garlic powder and dill
1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation

When cooking, heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 10 x 13-inch casserole.
Mix shredded cheeses together.
Layer 1/2 the cheese in dish.
Top with chilies.
Then add remaining cheese.
Beat eggs, evaporated milk and spices together.
Pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 40 minutes.
Take out and top with tomato sauce, bake 10 more minutes.
Slice in squares.
