Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. sodium (m.s.g.)
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips approximately 2 inches long and no wider than 1/4 inch.
    (Be sure to cut with grain of steak.)
    Mix all ingredients together until well mixed.
    Coat steaks with mixture thoroughly and let stand for one hour. Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
    Place steaks on lined cookie sheet. Be sure to space each steak.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Turn oven off then let sit in oven 20 minutes more. Ready to eat or refrigerate.
