Trout Almandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. whole trout, cleaned
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. minced flat-leaf parsley
    1 Tbsp. sliced unblanched almonds, toasted
    2 lemon wedges
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Place trout in pan.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice; dot with margarine and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, about 5 minutes.
    Uncover and bake until the fish is opaque, about 5 minutes more.
    Sprinkle with the parsley and almonds.
    Serve garnished with the lemon.
