German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boiled potatoes
    3 strips bacon, diced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Fry bacon until crisp; add onion and cook 1 minute.
    Blend flour, salt, sugar and pepper with bacon and onion.
    Stir in vinegar and water.
    Cook 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
    Pour mixture over warm potatoes.
    Serve warm.
