Bisquick Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 ripe bananas, mashed well
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Spray muffin tin with Pam.
    Fill cups 2/3 full.
    Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar mixture before baking, if desired.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
