Baked Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 \"pocket\" pork chops
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced apple
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. dry bread cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. thyme or poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. bouillon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown onion, celery and apple in margarine.
    Combine with bread cubes, seasonings and bouillon. Stuff each chop with 1/4 of the mixture.
    Bake in covered baking pan for 1 hour.
    Uncover and continue baking 30 minutes to brown.
