Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to
300\u00b0.\tMix
sugar,
oil and eggs.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Stir in carrots and nuts. Grease and flour pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for one hour.
