3 c. tart apples
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Peel and slice apples in mixing bowl.
Add eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, oil, vanilla and nuts.
Stir well.
Add soda, salt, baking powder and flour.
Stir well.
Pour batter in greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Serve with cream.
