Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 can Mexican corn, mashed with fork
    6 to 10 jalapeno peppers (including seeds)
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    In mixing bowl mix together cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    In separate bowl beat eggs lightly and stir in milk and cooking oil.
    Add liquid to cornmeal mixture and stir in Mexican corn, jalapeno peppers, chopped onion and cheese.
    Pour batter into well greased baking pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
