Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
    4 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 can beef broth
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    flour
    wide egg noodles
Preparation
    Cut sirloin in thin strips.
    Heat oil in large skillet. Dredge sirloin in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
    To heated oil, add garlic, then sirloin. When steak is lightly browned, add onion and mushrooms. Saute approximately 5 minutes. Add beef broth.
    Lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Remove cover and add sour cream. Heat through. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
