Chicken Or Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken or veal cutlets, pounded thin
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lemon
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. basil
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Mix bread crumbs, cheese, basil, salt and pepper.
Roll cutlets in crumb mixture.
Dip in egg, then in bread crumbs.
