Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen hash browns
    1 to 2 pt. sour cream
    1/3 c. milk
    6 green onions, including tops, thinly sliced
    3/4 to 1 lb. Cheddar cheese (sharp is best)
Preparation
    Partially thaw hash browns.
    Place in a large bowl.
    Add sour cream, milk and onions.
    Salt and pepper liberally.
    Shred cheese.
    Mix in with potato mixture, reserving about 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top.
    Place in a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated for a day or two.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Great reheated or can be frozen after baked.
