Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and cook in salt water until tender. Drain. Place a layer of potatoes in a greased casserole dish. Add half of the onions and half of the celery.
    Mix mushroom soup and sour cream together and pour half of the mixture over, alternating with another layer. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Remove and sprinkle with cheese.
    Place back in oven for about 10 minutes.
