Almond Honey Rugelach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    3 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. honey, divided
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. almonds, finely chopped
    1/2 c. dried cherries or 1/2 c. dried cranberries
Preparation
    Cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add 3 tbsp. honey and mix well. Mix in flour until dough holds together. Form into a ball, wrap and refrigerate 2 hours or longer.
