Italian Bread Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cube butter
1 c. lukewarm water
1/4 c. warm water to dissolve 1 cake dry yeast
Preparation

Put flour, salt and sugar in bowl.
Cut in butter as you would for pie dough.
Add water and yeast.
Knead well.
Let rise about 45 minutes.
Punch down and divide dough into 4 parts.
Roll each part to about 12-inches.
Cut into 12 or 14 pieces.
Roll each piece as thin as a lead pencil.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
