Bingen Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. London broil
    1 tsp. olive oil
    3 green onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    garlic to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can beef broth
    1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cube and brown meat in oil.
    Chop and saute onion in butter using the same pan.
    Add flour; stir, add broth and sauce plus 1 can of water.
    Stir in sauerkraut, beef and spices.
    Simmer 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
    Serve with dumplings.
