Deer Jerky With Strips Of Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. deer strips
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 cup water
    2 tbsp. onion flake
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Accent
    seasonings
Preparation
    Put contents in 1/2 gallon jar with lid.
    Keep in refrigerator 15 hours, turning jar frequently.
    Drain, then lay meat on paper towels and pat.
    Put in dehydrator until leathery but not brittle.
