Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 carton (8 oz.) whipped topping
    2 c. apples, chopped
    1 c. dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, egg, vinegar and pineapple in saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
    Cool.
    Fold in whipped topping, apples and peanuts.
    Chill overnight.
