Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. onion, diced
2 Tbsp. oil
1 can tomato puree
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. green pepper
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, rice and onion. Form into meatballs. Heat oil in skillet.
Brown meatballs. Add tomato puree, water, green pepper and sugar. Stir well. Cover and simmer 40 minutes or until rice is tender.
