Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. noodles
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cornflakes
    dash of cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Boil noodles for 5 minutes; beat eggs, sour cream, sugar, cream cheese and melted butter together.
    Add lemon juice and vanilla.
    Pour into greased Pyrex.
    Cover with topping.
    Crunch cornflakes, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (crunched) and cinnamon. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
