Salad Dressing(Mother'S Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. mustard
pinch of red pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. weak vinegar

Preparation

In heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients but the vinegar. Mix well and stir in the weak vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
Store in the refrigerator.
