Zucchini "Apple" Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, peeled zucchini (use large ones)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    dash of nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. flour
    butter
Preparation
    Toss together zucchini (cooked until tender-crisp and drained) with lemon juice and salt.
    Mix in a bowl the sugar, cinnamon, cream of tartar, nutmeg and flour.
    Add zucchini and mix well (it will be runny).
    Put into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust and dot with butter.
    Add top crust and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
