Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
2 c. water

Preparation

Mix together.
Cook until stiff.
Color to desired color with food coloring.
