Hamburger Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    4 c. hot mashed potatoes
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the soup, milk, mushrooms and bouillon. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over mashed potatoes. Makes 4 servings.
