Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken, cooked and diced
15 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. chopped celery
11 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. ripe olives, pitted and sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. mayo or salad dressing
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Blend mayo and mustard.
Toss gently with other ingredients. Cover and chill several hours.
Just before serving, add chow mein noodles.
Makes 8 servings.
