Toad-In-The-Hole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slice bread
2 tsp. butter
1 egg
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat skillet.
Butter 1 slice of favorite bread on both sides. Use the rim of a small juice glass to cut a hole in the middle of bread.
Put bread and \"hole\" in the skillet.
Break 1 egg and put it in the hole.
Add salt and pepper.
Turn bread when egg turns white, turn \"hole\" too.
Serve with \"hole\" as lid to cover \"toad.\" Serve with orange or grape juice . Yields 1 serving.
