Creamed Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 c. milk
Preparation

Hard boil eggs; peel.
Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
Add flour and seasonings.
Stir until well blended.
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Cook until smooth.
Add coarsely chopped eggs.
Serve on buttered toast.
