Brussels Sprouts With Cashews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts
3 c. water
2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
1/3 c. margarine
3/4 c. cashew halves
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Wash sprouts.
Combine water and bouillon cubes and bring to a boil.
Add sprouts and simmer 15 minutes or until done.
Drain well and place in serving bowl.
Melt butter in small skillet, then add cashews and seasonings.
Cook on low heat 3 to 4 minutes. Pour over sprouts and serve.
