Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey sausage
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice, cooked and cooled
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup (low-fat and low-calorie)
    1 (3 3/8 oz.) pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
    1 large chopped onion
    3 stalks chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook rice and set aside.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Stir in all other ingredients, except rice, and simmer until veggies are tender.
    Add rice; mix well.
