Wall Lake Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh trout fillet
    fresh lemon quarter
    1 c. grapes
    1 c. fresh pecans
    1/3 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/8 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Make a crimp tent of foil for fish; cook 15 minutes at 400\u00b0. Saute mushrooms, grapes, pecans, wine, butter and olive oil. Start fish and saute same time.
    Squeeze lemon on fish just before serving.
    Cover fish with sauteed combination.
