Hard To Make Crust Apple Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/3 c. flour, divided
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oatmeal, divided
5 c. thinly sliced apples
1 small pkg. regular butterscotch pudding mix
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. soft butter
Preparation

In small bowl, combine 1 cup flour, oil, milk and 1/4 cup oatmeal.
Stir until well blended.
Press onto sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
Do not press onto rim.
Toss apple with pudding mix to coat thoroughly; pour into crust.
