Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    1 c. celery, sliced
    6 carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    4 potatoes, cubed
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Cover and bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0. Can do in a crock-pot also.
