Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Jalapeno peppers
1 Sweet pepper
1 large onion
2 c. corn bread mix
1/2 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk (or less)
1 c. cream style corn
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all together; add cheese last.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
