Lumpy Dick - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
Preparation

Heat milk and salt to scalding in heavy pan.
Beat eggs well and pour over flour.
Mix carefully with fingers to form lumps; drop lumps into milk mixture and stir.
Let simmer.
If lumps are too large, break apart with fork.
Serve hot.
May be topped with cream or butter and salt and pepper or butter, sugar and cinnamon.
