Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. prunes, cooked
Preparation
    Cream together first three ingredients.
    Add buttermilk and mix.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Add prunes and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 3 eight-inch greased and floured pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Frost with a caramel or buttercream frosting or your own favorite frosting.
