Candied Fruit Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped coarsely
1/2 c. red candied cherries, chopped
1/2 c. green candied cherries, chopped
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg, vanilla and cream.
Coat cherries and nuts with 1 cup flour and mix remaining flour into batter.
Fold in cherries and nuts.
