Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. fat
    salt
    pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    flour
Preparation
    Cut steak into servings; sprinkle with salt and pepper and dip in flour.
    Fry in a couple of tablespoons of fat until brown on both sides.
    Then add soup (use the can from which it came to measure the water) and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and simmer on top of stove, turning over the pieces at least once.
    Cook until it can be cut with a fork (from 1 1/2 to 2 hours).
