Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. boiling water
2 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
1 c. Nabisco All-Bran
1/2 lb. raisins
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
-
Blend sugar, oil, eggs and milk together.
Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda, then add to sugar mixture.
Pour boiling water over cereals and raisins, then add mixtures together.
This batter may be kept in refrigerator for several weeks.
Bake as needed.
The 2 different cereals offer different textures for a successful end result.
