Toasted Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1 c. light cream
    2 Tbsp. minced chives
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Clean and finely chop the mushrooms.
    Saute 5 minutes in the butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and monosodium glutamate (optional). Stir in light cream and cook until thick, about 5 minutes.
    Add minced chives and lemon juice.
