Ingredients

2 c. persimmon pulp
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nut meats (optional)
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and baking powder together.
Add persimmon pulp.
Combine milk, eggs and cinnamon, then add to flour mixture. Add nuts, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan, until brown (approximately 40 minutes).
