Honey-Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Make a well in the center of mixture.
    Combine egg, milk, honey and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pans immediately.
    Yield: 1 dozen.
