Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 can fried onion rings
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet.
    Salt and pepper each.
    Remove from skillet.
    Pour in soup and heat.
    Mix in other ingredients (reserve 1/2 can onion rings).
    Put chops in casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour soup mixture over chops; cover and bake for 1 hour.
    Uncover; top with remaining onions and brown for 5 minutes.
