Overnight Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 c. lukewarm water
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
7 1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
Preparation

At 3 p.m.:
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and add 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
Add remaining ingredients and mix all together. Let rise until 10 p.m.
Form into buns on kitchen table.
Cover and leave overnight.
Bake in the morning at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
