Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach
    1 onion
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 can cream soup (your choice)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    4 oz. Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Cook spinach, drain and squeeze dry .
    Slice onion thin. Saute in butter until clear.
    Add all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Put in a well-greased casserole (covered).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
