6 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (1 oz.) pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing (not mixed)
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Peel potatoes and slice for French fries.
Lay them out on several layers of paper towels to absorb moisture.
Pat dry with another paper towel.
Potatoes should be as dry as possible.
Place them in a large bowl and drizzle with oil, tossing to coat evenly.
Lay a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Sprinkle dry dressing mix and parsley all over.
Bake 25 minutes, then flip them over with a turner.
Only do this once. Return to oven and increase heat to 450\u00b0 for 3 to 5 minutes longer or until brown.
