200 Dollar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. Quik
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. milk plus 1 tsp. vinegar or 1/2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix flour
and
sugar.
Boil
oleo, oil, water and Quik and then pour
it over the flour and sugar mixture.
Mix well. Stir in the
remaining ingredients.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet that has a 1-inch
edge.
Bake
at
400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. You may make half the recipe in a 9 x 15-inch pan.
