Caesar Salad With Anchovies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. oil
    1 oz. vinegar
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 1/2 tsp. (scant) dry mustard
    1 large egg
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    romaine lettuce
    bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    Parmesan cheese
    croutons
Preparation
    Mix oil, vinegar, lemon juice, dry mustard, egg, garlic and Worcestershire sauce well.
    Put lettuce and bacon in a salad bowl. Add dressing and toss.
    Top with cheese and croutons.
