Texas Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large flour tortillas
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1 pressed bud garlic
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese; add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    Spread on the flour tortillas and roll up.
    Cool in the refrigerator.
    Before serving, cut into 1-inch pieces.
