Pierogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 tsp. ???
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until they make a ball of dough.
    Sprinkle flour on a board and knead for a couple minutes.
    Cut small portion of dough to roll out. Remainder of dough is put in plastic and stored in refrigerator until needed.
    Roll thin on board.
    Cut into circles and place a teaspoon of filling to one side.
    Fold over and pinch edges together.
    Boil carefully in salted water until it floats to the top.
    Serve with melted butter and/or sour cream.
    May also be fried in butter.
