Meal In One - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. raw potatoes, sliced
2 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. frozen or fresh peas
1 onion, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. frankfurters, sliced
flour
2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Combine potatoes, carrots, peas, onion, salt and pepper. Arrange vegetables and frankfurters in layers in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle each layer with flour.
Add milk.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
